Spinning Fiber fascinates me. One moment, you have a pile of fluff, then suddenly you have yarn and can knit it, or crochet or weave it into cloth. I like spinning with a spindle or a spinning wheel. Natural is nice, but I like bright colors. The brighter the better. I don't want to dye things myself. Seems too messy to me. But I have some terrific contacts to buy from, including Brenda at Split Rock Ranch Llamas, who will even dye up something just for me. And I try to attend the SLV fiber festival each year in July in Monte Vista, Colorado to get a chance to touch and feel fibers and choose new fibers.
